The business has been carried on until now for over 40 years at 72 Scotch Street, Downpatrick by the late Seamus and his sister Helena.

As from 1st June 2012, this established family business will continue to provide the same attention to the community under the management of Ciaran Fitzpatrick of Peter Fitzpatrick & Sons Estate Agents, a well established business in the Down area.

The new premises at 24 English Street, Downpatrick offer a reception room where the family can arrange a funeral in private surroundings. The rest room can be used for the repose of the deceased prior to going home or to church.

Ciaran will be ably assisted by three of the present, very experienced staff members Ronnie, Pat and Robert.

Funeral from his brother Liam’s residence 1 Drumhill Court, Drumaroad on Saturday 18th May 2019 at 12.15pm for 12.30pm Requiem Mass in St John the Baptist Church Drumaroad. Interment afterwards in Legamaddy.

Died 15th May 2019 peacefully at Greenvale Nursing Home.
Dearly beloved husband of Georgie and loving father to Alex and Claire and the late Paul. Dear father in law of Sonya and cherished grandfather to Rebecca, Alexandra and Jack. Much loved brother .
Funeral from his late residence 34 Bishops Brae Avenue on Friday 17th May 2019 at 10.30am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in St Colmcilles Church Downpatrick. Interment afterwards in Struell cemetery. House strictly private, family only.
