Started in 1962, Seamus and his sister Helena set out with a view to support families in Downpatrick and all surrounding areas through the difficult time of dealing with the loss of a relative or friend. Offering a dignified service, Seamus Fitzsimons Funeral Directors grew from strength to strength.
Seamus Fitzsimons Funeral Directors have a long and distinguished presence in Downpatrick and have just opened up new premises at 24 English Street Downpatrick.
Following the loss of Seamus himself, the established family business will continue to provide the same care and attention to the community under the management of Ciaran Fitzpatrick, of Peter Fitzpatrick & Sons Estate Agents, another long running family business set in the heart of Downpatrick.
